My feedback on the "EDUCATION COUNSELLING" service

Hi Madhavi,

I just wanted to take some time out to provide feedback on the service I was given for a fee of 75,000 INR.
The service was supposed to help me in my MBA application , I registered around the first week of November 2014, post which certain inputs were demanded of me which I provided, but despite several follow ups I received no communication till mid December. This caused me to miss December deadlines for most colleges.

In December 2014 I was provided an incomplete analysis on the colleges, no key feature of any college was highlighted, no information on the course structure, absolutely nothing , even the rankings table provided was incomplete , when asked for a more comprehensive file the request was simply ignored.

On enquiring about essay reviews I was told I was too late to enroll however one of my essay would be reviewed, I sent out a essay and let alone corrections this is the feedback I received:
"You have written an excellent essay.  It has sufficient detail, and provide the reader with a clear sense of the value you have provided.
And this is within the word length, which indicates you can clearly communicate a significant volume of information succinctly.

Please do a check for typos/grammar.
"

In short I read this to mean there is no value addition we can provide.

Finally, I managed to get shortlisted for 4-5 colleges for which I credit only myself, but still I was not provided any details about the colleges so that I may prep better for the interviews.

Later, I received communication asking for an update, I did not understand why you cared but nevertheless I sent one saying I had accepted admission at Said Business School, Oxford. Post which I was supplied some standard template for US VISA application by Sharon Basak, I wondered if I was dealing with people even qualified to help me. I corrected Sharon that Oxford was in the United Kingdom. Yes, the standard template for UK VISA was forwarded on. Since I am already based in the UK this template does not apply to me I need to only switch my visa.

A month ago, I received an email from Sharon for how I was proceeding with my admission process at Manchester, I was disappointed at the unprofessional service I had signed up for. I corrected her that it was Oxford not Manchester. I don't know why I bothered.

To highlight in summary, there was not one meeting scheduled between me and your "ESTEEMED" admission "EXPERTS" during these 7 months.
I did not receive a single output from you that helped me with my admissions, I mean truly zero.
I was very disappointed with the service provided and hope you try and add value to student applications in the future instead of just paying yourselves for nothing.

I am not apologetic if this has hurt your sentiments because I felt cheated and if I had the time I would have filed a petition against your organisation in a consumer court.

PS - what is shocking is I cannot find your (Madhavi) email id as well since you never bothered to communicate with me, I remember being promised personal communication. I do not know if this would even reach you and even if it did I have no faith in your credibility.
